Noodles & Company is hiring a Back‑of‑House Team Member at our Falls Church, VA location. You will help prepare fresh ingredients, cook dishes to order, and ensure quality and presentation while following recipes and standard procedures.

Paid training is provided and the team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, with a flexible schedule to support both part‑time and full‑time needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Paid training provided.
• No prior experience required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh ingredients and cooking dishes to order.
• Ensuring each dish is made with consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Following recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately.
• Learning and refining kitchen skills through hands-on training.
• Maintaining pace during peak hours and supporting kitchen flow.
• Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters.
• Managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
• Working safely around kitchen equipment, heat and steam.
• Using kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems daily.
• Keeping the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety standards.
