Chick-fil-A Bohemia is seeking a friendly Kitchen Team Member to help deliver high-quality food and a great guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will work under an independent Owner/Operator to uphold Chick-fil-A standards.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests with eye contact, a smile and a friendly tone.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly.
• Maintain clean, safe dining and kitchen areas at all times.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations and support as needed.
• Follow Chick-fil-A procedures to ensure operational excellence.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines and company values.
• Assist with other duties as part of a collaborative team.
