Responsibilities

• Use CORE 4 model to serve guests with eye contact, smile, friendly tone, and emotional connections.
• Provide craveable food by following safety procedures.
• Keep a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and accurately.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen and parking lot.
• Keep stations stocked and clean; manage waste and equipment.
• Perform other duties to support teamwork and service.
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures.
• Follow procedures to achieve Operational Excellence.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A Bohemia vision and values.
• Follow uniform and appearance guidelines.
