Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for motivated Kitchen Staff to assist in their new facility, Court To Table, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following safety guidelines. No prior experience is required, but we seek team players who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and handle kitchen waste.
• Receive and store supplies properly.
• Help with inventory and restocking as needed.
