McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join our Knoxville area location. You will prepare ingredients and menu items, read orders, and ensure fast, accurate service in a clean, well-sanitized kitchen environment.

Team-oriented individuals who can stand for long periods, bend and lift, and work well in a fast-paced setting will excel. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience helps but is not required.
