Job summary

McAlister’s Deli | Southern Rock Restaurants is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen. You will read orders, prepare items using recipes and standards, and help maintain a stocked, sanitary workspace.

You’ll follow food safety protocols and work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Back of the house teamwork and food prep required.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift during shift.
• Experience helpful but training is provided.
