McAlister’s Deli | Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You will read orders, prepare items, keep areas stocked, and follow safety standards. Training is provided; restaurant experience is helpful but not required. This is a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards.
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently.
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.
