Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is hiring Kitchen Associates to craft meals in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail kitchen. You’ll ensure safety, freshness, and top-notch guest service while maintaining a clean station and efficient workflow.

Starting wage is $15.50 per hour with a $1 premium for overnight shifts, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team focused on delicious, high‑quality food and memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following food safety standards and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep station and kitchen area.
• Restock and organize supplies to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with guest interactions and deliver a positive dining experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with lifting and moving items using proper technique.
