Job summary

Chick-fil-A Center in Alabama is hiring Back of House Team Members. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment while supporting a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Stay updated on new Chick-fil-A products and procedures.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
