McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Back of House Team Member in the South County area. You will prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards, read orders accurately, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly in a clean, fast-paced environment.

We value reliability and teamwork. Prior restaurant experience helps, but training is provided, and you should be able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
