Chick-fil-A in Medford, Oregon seeks Back of House Team Members to maintain high kitchen standards across cooking, prep, and food safety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work with a team to ensure quality, accuracy, presentation, and speed of service while keeping a clean, efficient work area.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with shift flexibility (evenings, weekends). Expected to be reliable, coachable, and service‑mited, with periodic Saturday availability; uniform provided

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual for shifts, in proper uniform.
