The Back of House Partner is responsible for ensuring all guests are presented with high-quality products prepared according to Newk's standards. You will support the kitchen team, assemble food & orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves satisfied.

No experience required - we will teach you! Previous experience in quick-service restaurants like Panera, McAlister's, or Jason's Deli is a plus.
