Job summary

Chick-fil-A Lexington is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support food prep, cooking, and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work directly with an independent Owner/Operator to maintain Chick-fil-A standards and deliver signature service.

The role offers flexible scheduling (including Sundays off in many locations) and opportunities for growth and development through hands-on training and leadership exposure. Join a team-focused, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
