Responsibilities

• Use CORE 4 model to serve guests with eye contact, smile, friendly tone, and emotional connection.
• Provide craveable food by following safety procedures.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment throughout the restaurant.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and accurately.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, dishes and prep.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.
• Keep stations stocked and clean; manage trash and outside dumpsters; maintain equipment.
• Perform other duties as needed and support teamwork.
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures.
• Follow procedures to achieve Operational Excellence.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A Bohemia vision and values.
• Follow Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The responsibility of our Kitchen team member is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections
• Provide craveable food by making it safe and following procedures
• Ensure and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and accurately, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, dishes and food prep
• Maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant: dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.
• Keep all stations stocked and clean; place trash and cardboard in outside dumpsters; maintain equipment
• Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
