As a Deli Host, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately preparing deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Using various methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
• Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.

Physical requirements include the ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
