Job Description: Deli Host at Love’s

Welcome to Love’s! As a Deli Host, your role extends beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Providing general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately preparing deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc., following designated preparation guides.
4. Using various methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
5. Potential cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
6. Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
