As a Deli Host, your role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and stocked deli area, and interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. No experience? No problem! We will provide training.

Job Functions:

1. Perform general customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Prepare deli products accurately according to designated guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure food safety using various methods and technologies.
5. Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles as needed.
6. Move and lift at least 25 pounds. Work in various temperatures.
