Position Overview

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will work alongside our Kitchen Managers in preparing our top‑of‑the‑line ingredients – from locally sourced veggies to organic proteins and produce. Your job is to give the guests the flavors they are looking for – fresh, tasty and healthy food. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare food daily in accordance with projected daily sales including special orders and events
• Complete tasks and recipes with consistency and speed
• Practice FIFO
• Maintain a clean environment – prep tables, hot line coolers, prep sinks, floors, walk‑in coolers, walls, storage areas
• Make food items following standardized recipes and procedures
• Basic knowledge of all items, ingredients, and procedures
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager on any shortages

Minimum Requirements

• 1-year back of house experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for living a healthy life
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred

• Experience in fast‑casual or from scratch kitchen
• Strong knife skills
