Job Title: SONIC Drive-In Restaurant Cook

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the Appetite Satisfaction Department, operating stations such as Food Production, Grill, and Fryer.
2. Prepare and cook food orders to meet quality standards.
3. Perform food preparation and portioning.
4. Cook on the grill and operate the fry station.
5. Dress items to order and package menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
6. Maintain cleanliness, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and sanitizing food areas.

Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
• Effective communication skills, basic math, and reading skills.
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of restaurant or retail operations is preferred but not required.
