Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Kitchen Team Members in Parma, OH to prepare food and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Team Members will be essential in maintaining operational excellence, handling prep, cooking, cleaning, and guest service while upholding food safety standards and restaurant values.

Responsibilities

• Live the Create Raving Fan Strategy in daily tasks.
• Ensure operational excellence: speed, accuracy, courtesy, cleanliness.
• Deliver WOW experiences and anticipate guest needs.
• Provide sincere, personal guest and teammate service.
• Work as a team with a focus on excellence.
• Meet physical demands: stand up to 9 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow restaurant visions and values in all actions.
• Bread and prep chicken, assemble products for service.
• Handle cleaning, dishes, and kitchen organization.
• Receive and store deliveries, manage opening/closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, food-safe work environment.

Positional Duties in the Heart of House include:

• Breading chicken, prep, assembling and serving our “craveable” products
• Cleaning and dishes
• Receiving and storing truck
• Opening and closing duties
