As a Deli Host, your role involves more than daily tasks. You will interact with customers from all walks of life, brighten their day with excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will train you.

Job Functions:

• Provide general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use various methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
• Cross-training opportunities in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles may be available.

Physical requirements include the ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
