Job summary

Dôme is seeking Back of House Team Members to help prepare and produce menu items to a high standard while keeping the kitchen clean and orderly.

The role supports a fast-paced café environment with opportunities for internal development and in‑house training. Flexibility to work various shifts is required, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering quality food to guests.
• Strong attention to detail in food preparation and plating.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and complete tasks.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Job description

We're currently looking for passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our team!

Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping out kitchen clean and well maintained.

About You

• Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work in a team
• Initiative to identify tasks needing to be accomplished and ensuring they get done
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
• Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 5am-9pm
