Job Description: Deli Host at Love’s

Welcome to Love’s! As a Deli Host, your role extends beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Provide general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc., following designated preparation guides.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety policies using various methods and technologies.
5. Potential cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
6. Physical ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
