Athenian Grill at Fayette Mall is hiring experienced Kitchen Team Members to join our line. We're a family-owned Mediterranean restaurant looking for cooks who can run a station, stay sharp during the rush, and put out consistent, quality food every shift.

What you’ll do:

• Work the line and grill, cooking menu items to spec
• Keep up with ticket times during high-volume periods
• Prep and stock your station before and during service
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workspace
• Communicate with the team to keep orders accurate and moving

Requirements:

• Line and grill experience (required)
• Handles pressure well and stays steady in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
