Job summary

Cumberland Food Hall in Knoxville, TN is hiring Knoxville Ghost Kitchen staff for a Kitchen Team Member role at our Cumberland Food Hall location. You will prep, cook, and plate across multiple concepts, maintaining cleanliness and food safety as you help keep the line moving during peak service.

We look for candidates with kitchen or line cook experience, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, reliability, and the endurance to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience is preferred.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Reliable, on time, and a good teammate under pressure.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handler's card a plus (we'll help you get one).

$19–$22/hour depending on experience

Knoxville Ghost Kitchen is hiring kitchen help at our Cumberland Food Hall location. We're a fast-paced, multi-concept kitchen serving the University of Tennessee campus, and we're looking for people who work clean, move with purpose, and take pride in what leaves the pass.

What you'll do

• Prep, cook, and plate to recipe and spec across our concepts


• Work the line during peak service and keep tickets moving
