As a Deli Host, your role involves engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Perform general customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups following designated preparation guides.
4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure proper food safety using various methods and technologies.
5. Potentially cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
6. Move and lift items weighing 25+ pounds and work in various temperature conditions.
