Dash In in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House. You'll help prepare and plate dishes, maintain safety, and engage guests in a fast-paced 24/7 retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year food service, and willingness to work days, nights, weekends. We offer competitive benefits including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight.
• Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure freshness for guests.
• Keep prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen.
• Manage incoming goods, ensuring they’re stored properly and ready for culinary creation.
• Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Engage with guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
• Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.

We’re on the lookout for talented Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team and create extraordinary food experiences for our guests.
