Culver's is seeking back-of-house crew members to join a fast-paced kitchen where attention to detail and a can-do attitude make a difference in every ButterBurger and guest favorite prepared to order.

As part of the BOH team, you will work with others to keep pace during busy shifts, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to a positive dining experience for every guest. Training and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in back-of-house operations to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers and guest favorites.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.

• Participate in on-the-job training and adapt to recipes and procedures.
