Job Title: Deli Host

Welcome to Love’s! As a Deli Host, your role extends beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Provide general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products as instructed, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
4. Follow company policies and procedures using various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions.
5. Potential cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
6. Physical ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
