Job summary

Culver's in Columbia is hiring for our kitchen team to delight guests daily. The BOH crew moves quickly in a fast-paced environment and enjoys on-the-job training, competitive wages and flexible scheduling.

As a Culver’s True Blue Team member you will assist with daily food prep, kitchen set up and maintaining cleanliness, with shifts during lunch or dinner and opportunities for growth within the restaurant.

We are looking for another great addition to our kitchen team who is ready to delight guests daily! Our back-of-house (BOH) crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay depending on availability and starting skills. If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position.

Our BOH team work together to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. No bun is left unbuttered, no Cheese Curd overcooked. In our kitchen, the details matter. These are the talented people who ensure every meal we serve is a masterpiece.
