Job summary

Sbarro in Camp Verde, AZ is hosting walk-in interviews from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 3400 W STATE ROUTE 260, CAMP VERDE, AZ, 86322 for a motivated crew member to support daily operations and lead by example in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will deliver outstanding guest service, uphold Sbarro standards, assist with opening/closing shift procedures, and help manage daily goals. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, and leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally and quickly
• Ensure all food items meet Sbarro standards for quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen, prep, and dining areas
• Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift procedures
• Support cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and minimizing food waste
• Ensure kitchen equipment is operating properly and report any issues to management
• Support management in achieving daily operational goals
