Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
- Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possibly rotating between front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen roles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Experience in operations is a plus but not required.
- Some high school education.
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local laws, obtained at your expense.
