Essential Functions for Kitchen Team Associates:

1. Provide an exceptional dining experience to guests — greeting, serving food, and handling payments.
2. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
3. Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possibly at different positions — front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
5. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment.

Qualifications:
