We are seeking an energetic, fun individual for a Kitchen Support Teacher position.

Make an impact! As a Support Teacher with Kitchen experience, you will:

1. Support classroom staff across various age groups.
2. Ensure strict adherence to food allergies and restrictions, including reviewing labels and maintaining a nut-free service area.
3. Follow food safety and hygiene standards, keeping the kitchen clean and equipment well-maintained.
4. Implement portion control and follow the daily menu, making necessary adjustments.
5. Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
6. Assist with food ordering and inventory management.

Your skills and experience:

• Food handling/safety certification (preferred)
• Child Development Associate certification (preferred)
• Experience in quantity food production (preferred)
• Ability to positively relate to young children
• Flexible schedule and classroom assignments
• Passion and respect for young children

Requirements:

• Must pass all required background checks
• Ability to lift infants into and out of cribs properly
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, bending, and crouching
