Job summary

You will participate in daily food consolidation, stock management, and inventory tracking while upholding food safety and a fast-paced, energetic work environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1 year in professional food service; ServSafe certification within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Kitchen operations maintenance.
• Ware-washing and assist with kitchen production and meals; ensure wares are polished and stored to meet high standards.
• Consolidation and rotation of prepared food items daily.
• Food prep.
• Assist Chefs with food prep tasks as assigned.
• Receives, stocks, and tracks inventory to meet food safety standards.
• Ensure daily and weekly cleaning schedules are met.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Maintain general knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment.
