You will assist chefs, handle buffets and beverage stations, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of experience in food service, and the ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• 1 year in professional food service operation.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• KITCHEN OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE: ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals, polish and store wares.
• Consolidate and rotate prepared food items daily.
• Perform stewarding tasks: receiving, stocking, inventory tracking for food safety.
• Roll silverware, fold napkins, bus tables and maintain daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
• Monitor and report equipment maintenance issues.
• FOOD PREP: assist chefs with prep tasks and set up buffets, beverages, snack stations; restock stations.
