Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Kitchen Support team member to join our food service operations. You will handle ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals, and ensure wares are polished and stored to meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations Maintenance – Responsible for ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals. Ensures all wares are polished and stored to meet our high standards.
• Consolidation and rotation of prepared food items daily.
• Performs stewarding tasks such as receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory to meet established food safety standards.
• Roll silverware, fold napkins, bus tables.
• Ensures daily and weekly cleaning schedules are met.
• Monitor and report equipment maintenance issues.
• Food Prep – Assist Chefs with food prep tasks as assigned.
• Setup buffets, beverage service and snack stations, restocking and refreshing stations as needed.
