This position requires culinary expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various departments to ensure high-quality food delivery. The supervisor will instruct team members and assist in maintaining kitchen standards and inventory control.

Provide instruction to less experienced culinary staff. Check methods of preparation, portion sizes, and timeliness of food preparation; control food usage to minimize waste.
Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Catering, Banquets, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
Prepare batch recipes, cold food items, and assist in all kitchen activities to ensure high-quality food delivery. Assist in inventory management, recipe creation, and kitchen cleanliness inspections. May serve as Sous Chef in absence.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of culinary experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, handle food and utensils, and work flexible hours is required. Strong communication and math skills, along with relevant certifications, are preferred.
