Job Summary

Join us at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar in downtown Phoenix, near Chase Field. Responsibilities include:

  • Training staff and delegating tasks
  • Managing purchasing to minimize waste and shortages
  • Ensuring food quality and safety standards
  • Operating and cleaning equipment
  • Storing and rotating food supplies properly
  • Following HACCP guidelines
  • Performing opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
  • Fostering a positive team environment
  • Communicating effectively with staff
  • Ensuring service quality

Additional duties include:

  • Cooking and assisting in culinary needs
  • Reducing costs and monitoring labor
  • Expediting orders
  • Preparing the kitchen for shifts

Required Skills:

  • Leadership, communication, problem-solving
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Food safety knowledge and adherence
  • Valid food handler, ServSafe, or alcohol certifications
  • Availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience in restaurant or sports entertainment
  • 2+ years culinary experience, preferably as a Line Cook

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, stairs, walking, standing, and exposure to heat and kitchen hazards.
