+ Location: Mars - 3500 Peerless Road Northwest, Cleveland, TN 37312. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. More details upon interview.

+ Requirements: Prior experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Batch Cooking, HAACP Logs, and Leadership skills required.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.

Essential Duties include:

1. Training and scheduling staff.
2. Evaluating performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining underperformers.
3. Preparing reports on production or sales for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
4. Serving as the point of contact for employee concerns or requests for time off.
5. Mentoring employees, encouraging goal setting, and promoting advancement.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.
