The Avenue Steak Tavern Dublin is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. The role supports the management team in operating a high-volume kitchen with a focus on quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to professional appearance and proper uniform.
• Maintains and promotes Cameron Mitchell culture and philosophy.
• Ensures all food and service meet specs and quality.
• Maintains sanitation to exceed Health Department standards.
• Leads hourly associates with coaching and evaluations.
• Communicates professionally with suppliers, guests and team.
• Adheres to policies on unemployment, food handling, and alcohol service.
• Trains HOH associates and oversees onboarding.
