Qualifications

About this position

Farmstead Living is seeking a dedicated FT Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. This role combines hands-on food preparation with leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

FT hours available, with ability to work weekends and holidays.

Daily Mealtimes are at 8:30am, 12:00pm, 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.


• Ensure all meals are appealing, properly portioned, and served on schedule.


• Accommodate resident preferences and special dietary needs as appropriate.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift.


• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.


• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including ServSafe requirements.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and support to kitchen staff during assigned shifts.
