What will you do?

• Create weekly dining room menus based on personal or established recipes
• Supervise food prep, maintaining quality, presentation, and sanitation standards; verify portion sizes and adherence to policies
• Ensure kitchen equipment functions properly; supervise cleaning and food production; maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
• Maintain food costs within set parameters
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed

More About You

• Minimum two years' experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor
• Effective communication skills in a leadership capacity
• Attentive, detail-oriented, with basic math skills for recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend during shifts; push/pull equipment and supplies
• Manual dexterity for food preparation
