Kitchen Supervisor Overview:

As a Kitchen Supervisor you will provide leadership that ensures the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen & supervision of the culinary team. Help to manage the daily operations of the kitchen to maximize profitability and ensure superior guest satisfaction and product quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Assists in the development and implementation of operating procedures and standards that support associates.
• Administrative skills
• Participate in the development of the menu and dining strategies to be aligned with the hotel’s targets market.
• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Maintaining inventory.
• Schedule appropriately with Manager
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Assisting in training and mentoring new associates.
• Supervising, supporting, and working shifts.
• Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams

Job Requirements:
