A Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for assisting and participating in daily culinary operations in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee preparation of food in all areas during your shift, support kitchen team members, set up daily specials and happy hour food, visually inspect food quality and presentation, and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
