Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Kitchen Operations Supervisor to lead daily kitchen workflows with rigor and accountability. You will uphold SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards while supporting Culinary Operations Leads and chef teams during live service.

You will maintain a visible floor presence, enforce standards, intervene when needed, and coordinate across production zones. The role rewards hands-on leadership with growth opportunities and a competitive wage of $22–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in high-volume food production or commercial kitchens
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOP enforcement, and food safety compliance
• Ability to monitor live operations and intervene when standards are not met
• Experience documenting incidents, violations, and corrective actions
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Food Safety, Sanitation, and Operations teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during live service

The Role

The Kitchen Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for executing daily kitchen operations with consistency, safety, and accountability. This role ensures strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards while supporting Culinary Operations Leads and chef teams during live service.

You will maintain active floor presence, enforce operational standards, elevate risks, and ensure smooth shift execution across production zones. Success in this role is measured by operational consistency, compliance, workflow integrity, and team performance.

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Pay Range for this position

$22 — $25 USD
