Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree with 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily kitchen utility operations and staff.
• Supervises dishroom and back dock cleaning.
• Maintains equipment, china, glass and silver; ensures sanitation.
• Coordinates banquet plating and food running with Banquet Chef.
• Manages inventory and budgets; ensures cost efficiency.
• Trains staff and monitors performance.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and compliance with policies.
