The Kitchen Bistro in Denver seeks a high-energy Dishwasher to uphold cleanliness and organization in the dish area and to assist with BOH duties as needed. This role supports the kitchen team and helps foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere through service and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, sanitation & maintenance of the dishes and glassware per health regulations.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, silverware and cooking supplies.
• Keep the dish area and storage spaces clean and stocked; assist with opening/closing tasks.
