Job summary

The Kitchen Bistro in Boulder is seeking a energetic Dishwasher to keep the dish area organized and clean, and to support BOH duties as needed. This role contributes to a fast-paced, community-focused atmosphere.

You will wash and sanitize wares, restock supplies, and collaborate with the Chef and team to ensure smooth service. Must be 18+, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated self-starter with high cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dish area and sanitation per Health Department standards.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, and small wares.
• Restock kitchen supplies and notify management when low.
• Assist with opening/closing, prep work, and other kitchen tasks.
• Communicate with the Chef/Manager about kitchen issues.
• Help unload deliveries and store supplies.
