Qualifications

• Prior experience in dishwashing, janitorial, or facility maintenance roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail in all cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash & sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Properly store dishes in designated areas to keep the kitchen neat.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning surfaces, counters, sinks, and prep areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to procedures.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, report issues to management.
• Keep storage rooms and shared spaces clean and organized.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
